Q.  Why did I get a picture uploading error?
A.  Make sure the picture is a ".bmp", ".jpg" or ".gif" file.  Any other format and our uploader will not recognise the image, resulting in an error.

Q.  Why isn't my item posting?
A.  When posting an item you must put a suggested price in the Price Box.  Your item will not post if you put in text or leave the Price Box blank.

Q.  What type of credit cards do you accept?
A.  We are authorized to accept VISA, Master Card and American Express.

Q.  Do I need to provide my credit card information when I first sign up?
A.  No, you may sign up without giving any credit card information.  You will only need to provide your credit card information when you purchase additional credits.

Q.  Do Buyers need to sign up?
A.  No, Buyers are free to explore our site, browse for items and contact Sellers without registering with us.  Only Sellers must sign up to use our site.

Q.  If I buy more credits than I need, can I give my extra credits to a friend?
A.  Yes, we allow Sellers to transfer purchased credits with other members.  If you have purchased credits in your account, then you will see a button providing you with this option.  This button will not show up in your account if you have not yet purchased credits and are still only using your Promo Credits.  Promo Credits may not be traded.

Q.  Can I upload pictures to my ads?
A.  Yes, Sellers may upload pictures to all of their ads free of charge.

Q.  How long do classified ads run for?
A.  All classified ads posted on NovaMarket.com run for 4 months before being taken down.

Q.  If I want to buy an item on this site, how do I pay for it?
A.  www.NovaMarket.com helps initiate the negotiation process between Buyers and Sellers.  We do not take part in the actual sale or exchange of items.  Typically, a Buyer would contact the Seller via our site then make their own arrangements for payment and exchange.
